In July, we asked customers and prospects to complete a survey about product design.
Overall, the survey results suggest that most companies could benefit from a more customer-centric, cross-functional approach to product design and development. By incorporating more user research, diverse perspectives, and a stronger emphasis on customer feedback, companies can create products that better meet the needs of their target markets and stay ahead of the competition.
